By accessing or using loderx.com (the “Site”) or any services provided by BRMR LLC d/b/a LodeRx (“LodeRx,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services

LodeRx provides a marketing website for prescription telehealth services specializing in peptide therapy and testosterone replacement therapy. Clinical services, prescriptions, and patient care are provided by independently licensed healthcare providers through our telehealth platform partner.

LodeRx is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or medical practice. We facilitate connections between patients and licensed clinicians.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a state where our services are available to use LodeRx. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. No Medical Advice

Content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any treatment protocol. Information about peptides, dosing, and protocols is general in nature and should not be applied without individual clinical evaluation.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are as listed on the Pricing page at the time of enrollment. You may cancel at any time from your account. No cancellation fees apply. Refunds are available if you are determined to be medically ineligible after clinician review.

6. Founding Member Deposits

Founding member deposits are fully refundable. Deposits are not a purchase of medication or a guarantee of prescription. Eligibility for treatment is determined solely by clinical evaluation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LodeRx and BRMR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
