What if I'm not approved?

You're never charged for medication that isn't prescribed. If a physician determines a program isn't right for you, you won't be charged for the medication. No surprises.

Can I pay with HSA or FSA?

Many members do. Prescription therapy under a licensed clinician is typically an eligible expense. Check your plan's rules; we'll provide itemized receipts either way.

Can I pause or cancel?

Anytime, from your account, before the next billing date. No contracts, no cancellation fee, no retention phone maze. If you stop a protocol, your clinician provides a proper taper plan where one is needed.

Will my price change?

Never mid-plan. Your rate is locked for the term you chose; if pricing ever changes, you'll know before your renewal, not after.
