WHAT TO EXPECT

Small vial. Noticeable difference.

Person starting the day with energy
The afternoon wall softens

B12 sits at the center of how your cells make energy. When levels come up, the 2pm crash is usually the first thing members notice changing.

Person focused at work
Clearer head, better mood

B12 supports nerve function and neurotransmitter production — low levels show up as brain fog and flatness long before anything else.

Active person outdoors
A habit that takes a minute

One small injection a week, at home. No infusion chair, no clinic appointment, no $150 drip-bar membership.

THE SCIENCE

Why injectable. Why methyl.

Plain answers to what your clinician will cover.

What is methylcobalamin?

The active form of vitamin B12 — the one your cells use directly. Cheaper products use cyanocobalamin, which your body has to convert first. Methylcobalamin skips the conversion step.

Why inject instead of taking a pill?

Oral B12 depends on stomach acid and a protein called intrinsic factor to absorb — and plenty of things break that chain: age, antacids, metformin, gut conditions. Injection bypasses the gut entirely, so what's on the label is what you get.

Who tends to benefit?

People with low or borderline B12 from diet (especially plant-based), absorption issues, certain medications, or age. Fatigue, brain fog, and tingling in hands or feet are classic low-B12 flags. Your clinician reviews your history before anything ships.

Is it safe?

B12 is water-soluble — your body uses what it needs and clears the rest. Side effects are uncommon and mild, usually just injection-site tenderness. Your clinician screens for the rare situations that need a different plan.

HOW IT STARTS

Three steps to steadier energy.

1
Start online

Choose your plan and complete a short medical intake — history, symptoms, medications. Prefer to talk first? Request a call.

2
Clinician review

A provider licensed in your state reviews your file and confirms B12 makes sense for you — or tells you what's more likely going on.

3
Ships with everything

Vial and supplies arrive from a certified US pharmacy. Your care team walks you through the first injection.

QUESTIONS

Asked constantly. Answered honestly.

Do I have to inject myself?

Yes — once weekly with a small insulin-gauge needle, and your care team walks you through the first one. Most people find it far easier than expected.

How fast will I feel it?

If your levels are genuinely low, many people notice energy and clarity shifting within a few weeks. If your levels are fine, B12 isn't your bottleneck — and your clinician will say so instead of selling you a vial.

How is this different from drip-bar B12 shots?

Same idea, minus the markup and the drive. A weekly at-home injection with clinical oversight costs less per month than most walk-in clinics charge for one visit.

Can I use HSA/FSA, and can I stop?

Many members use HSA/FSA funds — check your plan. No contracts; cancel before your next renewal.
