With the licensed clinicians and state-licensed 503A pharmacies who provide your care and fill your prescriptions; with our telehealth and pharmacy partners, including Ola and RxAve; and with service providers acting on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information you share when opting into text messages is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, and understand traffic, including through analytics providers. You can control cookies through your browser or the Cookie settings link in our footer.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your information and opt out of marketing at any time, subject to law. California residents have additional rights described below.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission is completely secure, and email is not a secure channel for sensitive information.

LodeRx is a technology platform that connects you with independent licensed clinicians and state-licensed 503A pharmacies. We are not a pharmacy, insurer, or medical practice, and cannot bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Submitting an intake does not guarantee a prescription; treatment is provided only when a clinician determines it is clinically appropriate, at their sole discretion.

LodeRx programs are available to eligible adults in all 50 U.S. states. Clinical care and pharmacy fulfillment are delivered through our licensed partners, including Ola and RxAve, and their affiliated clinicians and pharmacies.

Program pricing is shown at checkout and billed through our payment and platform partners. Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval you select until you cancel; you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. Refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy below.

The LodeRx name, logo, and site content are owned by BRMR LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LodeRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify LodeRx against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts, or by arbitration, located in Clark County, Nevada, except where prohibited by law.

Your evaluation and any follow-up are conducted remotely by licensed clinicians affiliated with our telehealth partners, including Ola and RxAve, using secure video, phone, or messaging. Your clinician will not be physically present with you.

Telehealth can make care more convenient and accessible, but it may not be appropriate for every condition, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You may choose to seek in-person care at any time.

Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Prescribing is subject to federal and state telehealth rules and clinician judgment, and may require additional information, lab work, or steps before a prescription can be issued.

Some treatments are compounded by state-licensed 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared for individual patients based on a prescription.

Please join your consultation from a private location. Communications are handled by our telehealth partners under their privacy practices.

Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

By continuing, you consent to receive care via telehealth and to receive related communications, including appointment and refill reminders.

Once a clinician issues a prescription, your medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy and shipped in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging. Timelines vary by program and pharmacy.

You will receive tracking information by email or in your patient portal once your order ships. Most orders arrive within a few business days after a prescription is issued.

For safety reasons, prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned or resold once shipped.

Unfilled orders may be eligible for a refund before a prescription is filled. Consultation fees may be non-refundable. Contact us and we will help.

If your order arrives damaged, is affected by heat, or does not arrive, contact support@loderx.com right away and we will make it right.

We may collect identifiers, contact and account information, health and intake information you provide, payment information, commercial information, and internet or device activity, as described in our Privacy Policy. We disclose this information to the clinicians, pharmacies, partners, and service providers who deliver your care and run our services.

You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

LodeRx does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share your data, there is nothing to opt out of. You can still turn off analytics cookies anytime in Cookie settings.

If you opt in, LodeRx may send you care reminders, order and shipping updates, and support messages by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information and consent to receive texts are never shared or sold to third parties for their marketing.

LodeRx (BRMR LLC) operates the storefront and connects you with care. LodeRx is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or health plan, and is not a HIPAA-covered entity.

The licensed clinicians and pharmacies who evaluate and treat you, along with our telehealth partners including Ola and RxAve, are responsible for your protected health information and maintain their own HIPAA-compliant privacy practices.

To request your medical records or a provider's Notice of Privacy Practices, contact your treating clinician or pharmacy through your patient portal.

Information you provide directly to LodeRx is protected under our Privacy Policy and applicable state privacy laws.
