About you
A few questions about your health, your goals, and what you’ve already tried. Nothing complicated — just enough for your care team to understand your situation.
We’ll ask about your sleep, your energy, any medications you’re on, and what you’re hoping to change. Your clinician uses this to understand the full picture before making a decision.
Review
A Coach reviews your goals and makes sure your request is clear. Then a licensed physician in your state evaluates your intake, orders bloodwork if needed — included at no extra cost — and approves your protocol.
Every member gets a Coach review first — not a chatbot, not a sales call. Once your information is complete, a licensed MD or NP reviews and prescribes based on clinical judgment. If labs are required, they’re included. If they reveal something outside the scope of peptide therapy, your clinician will recommend next steps. We don’t prescribe around red flags.
Ships
Your prescription ships from a LegitScript-certified U.S. compounding pharmacy. Temperature-controlled packaging when needed. Tracked to your door.
Every pharmacy in our network is LegitScript-certified, state-licensed, and inspected. We don’t dropship vials from a warehouse. Your medication is compounded per your prescription in the U.S. and shipped with insulated packaging when the compound requires it.
What happens after

Request a refill from your account. Your clinician reviews and approves — no new intake required.
Coach + clinician access
Monthly Coach check-ins and async messaging with your provider for protocol questions, side effects, or dosing adjustments.
Follow-up bloodwork
If your protocol requires follow-up labs, your clinician sets the cadence. Included when clinically indicated.

Most patients go from intake to Rx shipped in 2–5 business days. Protocols that don’t require bloodwork can ship as fast as 48 hours after physician approval.
It depends on your protocol. Some treatments require bloodwork for safe prescribing — and when they do, it’s included at no extra cost. Others can be approved by your physician from your intake alone. Your clinician will let you know what’s needed.
Then you don’t get prescribed. That’s the point. If your intake or labs don’t support a peptide protocol, your clinician will explain why and recommend next steps. No charge for the consultation if you’re not eligible.
No. Everything is telehealth — intake, Coach review, clinician review, prescriptions, and follow-ups. All providers are licensed in your state.
