Who treats LodeRx patients.
LodeRx is a marketing and patient-experience brand. Clinical care — evaluation, prescribing, and follow-up — is delivered by state-licensed clinicians (MD, DO, NP, PA) in the provider network operated by our clinical partner, Ola Digital Health. Your clinician is licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your visit.

This page is published in part to satisfy public-disclosure requirements for telemedicine providers in Massachusetts (Board of Registration in Medicine Policy 15-05), Rhode Island (Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline Telemedicine Guidelines), and Vermont (Board of Medical Practice Policy on Telemedicine). If a treating clinician licensed in your state cannot be identified, LodeRx will not serve patients in that state — see loderx.com/states.
Before or after intake, you can request the full name, credential, NPI number, and state license number of the clinician assigned to your care. Email support@loderx.com with your state and program, or send us a message. Once you’re a patient, the same information is available from your clinician in the patient portal.
- You complete a medical intake and, where required, bloodwork.
- A clinician licensed in your state reviews your case and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Not every applicant is prescribed.
- If prescribed, medication is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy or dispensed as a commercial product, and shipped to you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
- Follow-up, dose adjustments, and messaging with your clinician happen through the patient portal.
LodeRx does not employ clinicians, practice medicine, or compound or dispense medication. Clinicians exercise independent medical judgment. For medical questions contact your clinician; if this is an emergency, call 911.
