1. Information We Collect

On the marketing site (loderx.com), we collect: name and email address (newsletter, contact form), usage data via privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party cookies), and payment information for founding member deposits (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).

On the patient portal (app.loderx.com), health information is collected and managed under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. The patient portal is operated under a separate privacy framework with HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.

2. How We Use Information

Marketing site data is used to respond to inquiries, send requested communications, process deposits, and improve the Site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party cookies, no cross-site tracking). We do not use Google Analytics. Cookie consent is provided via a banner for CCPA compliance.

4. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. 5. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all stored data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). Health information is stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with signed BAA agreements.

6. Data Retention

Marketing site data is retained as long as necessary to provide services. You may request deletion at any time. Health records are retained per HIPAA requirements and applicable state law.
